The press has a word for Bush's stupidity. They call it charm.

He has crashed the stock market, blown relations with NATO, nearly started a war with China, shot down a few missionaries, bombed Kuwaiti citizens, sank Japanese students, and been a complete screwup for 12 weeks.

And the whore press calls it "charm".
