Petz, What you say is true, Intel has a lot of fat, fat that will soon be sizzling as they melt it down as they dance on the hot griddle with AMD. These differentials do indeed make Intel vulnerable. It is the years of fat cash flows that have made all these departments and managers and dogsbodies in corporate empires within the ccompany that do this. As they try and melt this down alliances and enemies within Intel will form whose concern is their advantage and not the good of the company. More good employess who do not play their politics well will be driven out and those politicos left behind will lack the creativity to re-invent Intel. A sad day for Intel looms as we see a new dawn for AMD. Bill
