Wall Street Journal Interactive has an article saying Singapore getting CDMA system to compete with the only system there at present [GSM]. The article says CDMA is controversial and there were "glitches" in the Hong Kong system. First I'd heard. I've asked them to elaborate on exactly what the glitches were and who was the source, since they seem to be the only people to have any information.
