Clifton Biotec Advances/Receives Patent/Passes EPA Tests

ALPINE, UT, April 30 /PRNewswire/ - Clifton Mining Company (CDNX: CFB and OTC: CFTN, news, msgs) is pleased to announce that American Silver LLC (a private company in which Clifton currently owns 40%) has just been issued its first patent on its ASAP Solution(R). The Biotec company has also just passed the EPA test work to be used as an approved water and surface disinfectant.

American Silver LLC's first patent was issued on 4/10/01. American Silver LLC is now the only manufacturer in the world with patents on this type of silver product. The patents have been filed for patent protection in 95 countries and the patent has also been filed in Japan.

American Silver's ASAP Solution(R) has just passed the US-EPA tests for water treatment and as a hard surface disinfectant. Tested under worst-case conditions, the ASAP Solution(R) was able to eradicate 177 of 180 strains of Salmonella choleraesuis in less than five minutes. In the testing, the ASAP Solution(R) was also able to kill 179 of 180 strains of both Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas areuginosa in less than 15 minutes. One of the most notable facts of the testing was that the ASAP Solution(R) passed all of the EPA tests at a concentration of just 4.4 ppm, a dilution of 56% from the 10 ppm supplement currently being sold worldwide.
New Sales Divisions

American Silver LLC has formed a new manufacturing and sales subsidiary company called American Biotec Labs. American Biotec Labs has structured five new sales divisions. Each new division handles sales in specific markets. One division markets to MLM companies, where the product is sold for direct use as a dietary supplement and as an antibacterial additive to other products. Another division, will soon start marketing both water and surface disinfectants products to dental and medical offices world wide.

Within the next 60 days, it is anticipated that an accredited university will release a study that has taken approximately 2.5 years to produce. This new report, released nationally, is anticipated to announce positive test information that can establish the ASAP Solution(R) as a viable, natural option to the problem of the overuse of antibiotics.
