If, as you say, there have been fully functional Japanese WCDMA handsets available for a couple of years, what do you see as the main reasons for DoCoMo's delay in their May launch? It was widely reported that only 2 of 11 handset developers were able to have phones ready, and that handset functionality is one of the main delays, is that not true?
