I have been using CSCO as the poster boy of what was wrong with the market. It's obvious, at least to me, that it's done selling off, and has bottomed. CSCO even made a high low on the rebound. So CSCO is basing. Maybe getting ready to break out, that might be asking for too much. Watch how CSCO reacts around 19 and 20, I would think the by the time CSCO gets around that level the market will be ready to do some selling again.
