We can call it a discriminate action or conspiracy. I check out this morning one of the most popular pension fund in Canada and it is same story what in US. CLARICA doesn't have precious metal fund in the package they offer to the companies.

I wonder if we have a good lawyer on this thread, because people through the stupidity of their employers were not allowed to preserve part or whole their wealth during markets meltdown and enjoy the gains gold sector having so far this year. GATA can use the argument too. Imagine the greed in the action if gold moves sharply up. There really is a case for a good class action. Maybe someone should compose a letter with the charts and start sending them first to the trade Unions. No, no I can hear those union bosses screaming that that workers will be cutting tree they sitting on. Have to find better one.
