CB, I post here for one reason. That is to give an alternative view.

Some years ago I saw a pro vegan show on PBS..... At the end they said that they offered the meat industry a chance to give a response.....LOL ,like only some one with a financial axe to grind would recommend eating meat.

Vegans think that it is a given that meat eating is unhealthy. It is not a given.

I believe it is healthy and natural to eat meat. That is obviously my point of view. But I have heard no one else on this thread suggest this......So now and again I come on here to challenge prevailing wisdom.

It is up to readers of this thread to do their own DD....Not accept my opinion or that of any one else. I only point out that there is an alternative view........

BTW From some one who has been a gym rat all his life I would say the physician right about body builders...in general. Some will consume the most god awful unhealthy stuff....or drugs. ............I'm not a body builder I'm a health finatic
