Thank you, Kirk, for URL and the added insight on the Playmates Toys
"Nano Pals". It seems that Bandai, Tiger, and Playmates Toys will all
benefit from this craze. In Japan, "Tamagotchi" appears to have the
clear edge, from what I have discerned, given Bandai was first out
of the gate. In the USA, the market does not look like it is playing
favorites at this time. Of course, as we all know, fads come and fads
go.

As for Playmates Toys, it can be purchased (dirt cheap, in my view)
on the OTC pink sheets, but, as you suggest, it is lamentable that
ADRs are no longer available. Since the fortunes of all major toy
companies are, perforce, intertwined, I invite you and other toy
buffs to visit the new Playmates Toys thread at:
exchange2000.com

Kirk, it would be great to have you there. Playmates just purchased
the master toy license for Saban's "All New Captain Kangaroo" TV
show. Remember the Captain, Mr. Greenjeans, Grandfather Clock,
and Bunny Rabbit? The show charmed us as children. Now, kids
today will be similarly entertained and educated.

Well, that's about it. Good luck to everyone!
