You're talking about the treehouse, right? There's no way you could afford actual living quarters after the FSTW experience.

I tried to waterproof our home recently. Unfortunately, it rained before I could get it PermaSealed, so the cardboard just fell apart. However, we're still protected somewhat from the weather by the freeway overpass.

It's a little noisy down here, but at least we can put a "for rent" ad in the paper that says "Easy access to freeway".

After FSTW gets back to $20, that is.
