Hubert, I'm still in the watchful-waiting mode. Free PSA tests tend to discount the probability of PC, and BPH symptoms are tolerable (even seem to be improving). Next month is another checkup.

I have very strong concerns about side effects of biopsy, so am putting that off as long as possible. Hope I'm not making a mistake......time will tell. My only 'treatment' is a dietary supplement containing african pygeum, saw palmetto, zinc, etc. etc., and a half-hearted attempt to lose weight: my theory on weight loss is that some of the loss might come from the prostate, with beneficial effect. No way to know for sure if the diet supplement helps, but my BPH symptoms have improved quite a bit since taking it. Nighttime pit stops have decreased from 4 or 5 to 1 or 2 and sometimes none.

It has been a long time since I looked at the PPML: I think I unsubscribed about last March when I sold my home in Florida and moved to summer home in California. Not sure why I haven't re-subscribed yet.

Kindest regards,

Reagan
