Bill, Nice to hear from you again. How was your European trip? Great I hope.
I joined Salami Smith Barney Rubble. That means I'll be training in Hartford in some state north of New York. <g> I'll be there from July 8-27, though I haven't received a schedule of what they expect me to do, yet. I know they have us work one Saturday just to prove that we are indentured servants. But, since I sleep Monday through Friday at work, I guess I can't complain. <g>
I am located in the spectacular Williams Tower in Houston now. My office is great with the best view in the city. However, it isn't permanent. All new brokers start production from a windowless hovel near the copy room they call "the bunker," so I will lose my view until I crank up the commish, which should take about 3 days. <g>
Isn't $Bill one of the posters on this thread? What's he doing running in the Derby? <g> PointGiven is the favorite, and I do like him, but I think the odds will favor somebody else coming in. Monarchos looks primed to have a good race that day, IMHO. The ones who win big before the Derby usually flub at the twin spires. I think Monarchos is moving up while Point Given is ready for a step backwards.
I honestly don't see Dollar Bill doing it, though I do like the horse. He reminds me of Cham, for some reason. In all, I think there is a good chance for some long shot to break out of the pack. But, then, I always think that.
I haven't seen you on tv lately. I'd better go roust Ant Man to keep me posted. But, then, now that I work all the diddly danged day long, I don't get to see many of the money shows any more.
Take Care,
