Tradermike. In case you're still working more research into GENI, have you tried to contact Sam Hassabo, who was the President of GENI back in 1997, and who was "fired" from his job under less than amicable conditions? Hassabo apparently filed a wrongful termination suit against the company and probably has some insight into El-Batrawi's business associations with Ultimate Holdings and what the latter's motives are. I don't have any further info regarding the lawsuit. I think I found an email post from Hassabo asking about info on 1993 Saab 900T's .. I tried to send him an email but the email address is no longer valid. (I went to Business.com and entered "Hassabo" in the search block, and his email post was one of the results). Just a shot in the dark, in case you're doing a "Truthseeker"-level investigative look. Best of luck, and that was nice info you provided about GENI.
