Drilling & Exploration schedule

Here are some selected quotes from the company's executive summary regarding Area 'E'. Full document is available at band-ore.com

"The company expects to initiate grid-work, basic geophysical surveys, geological
mapping and prospecting as early as permitted by spring break-up. It is anticipated
this work will commence in early May 2001.

Concurrently, initial mechanical stripping and washing will commence. This work will
focus on the area already outlined by the limits of the samples collected to date. While
overburden in this area is more pervasive than in the area of the original discovery, it is
likely that bedrock is rarely more than 5 meters deep. The availability of trained
personnel and proper equipment combined with the easy access means work can be
initiated on very short notice as weather permits.

The geological mapping, prospecting, stripping and washing will be completed by July
1/2001. All sample material collected from area E will be in the processing pipeline by
mid July 2001. We would expect that initial results would become available through the
balance of the summer.

It is anticipated diamond drilling will commence by the end of May 2001 to establish
the boundaries of the Area "E" diamond discovery. The allotment of 6000 meters of
drilling should be complete some time in August 2001. The dimensions of the diamond
bearing zone should be available shortly thereafter with initial mini-bulk sample results
available by October 2001.

If as expected, additional processing of larger samples (20 to 100 tonnes) is
warranted, additional sampling would commence in the fall of 2001, the results of
which would be expected during the winter of 2001-2002. Based on positive results
from this sampling, the Company would then be in a position to embark on a
pre-feasibility study either on its own or with a senior partner."
