I am feeling so distressed at the ineffectiveness of the SEC. It is open season for scamsters hunting fools. Prisons are full of people who ingested cocaine or sold marijuana, but the suit and tie fraudsters are sipping their ill gotten margaritas by their ill-gotten swimming pools.
