M Allen, one problem with your scenario. MH Meyerson at the end of the trading day can't be long or short more than 1000 shares in Franklin or they loose their right to trade in the stock. Ever wonder why they are not on the bid or offer, other then to trade a clients account. That's why. EOM rb
