As you know, Pete, it's all semantics anyway. In practice it would be next to impossible for a predatory pricing claim to stick in the semiconductor business. The main reason is that predatory pricing is based upon selling a product below marginal cost. It is highly doubtful that anyone is ever going to sell a microprocessor (or any semiconductor, for that matter) below marginal cost.
