From an environmental standpoint the devil you know is better than the devil you don't! I don't like the ramifications any better than anyone else but we are up against the wall here and we better do the right thing. Having countries do the dirty work in unregulated fashion is NOT the answer. We need to fund the hell out of alternative energy and in the meantime pick a state that we intend to make the single toxic waste dump of the US. We can't be out dumping this CRAP in every part of the country. Tough situations and no easy answers!
