The bottom line is, does Covad have to conform to the BH's request? Even knowing that it would doom the company? What is happening here? This company is getting hit from every angle possible.....internet bashers, congress, de-listing threats and now BHs? Too bad they are in their quiet period. DSLN rallying into earnings and they report after the bell. Could be interesting.
