BEAS Get ready to short it.

BEA Systems (BEAS) 40.20 -0.65: The rumors continue to swirl around BEAS; last week, the talk was that the company was calling around to analysts and asking about their models. Today, the talk is that there will be a conference call after the close tonight with associated speculation ranging from a warning (company is on an Apr qtr and reports May 15) to an acquisition. BEAS investor relations says that no call is scheduled.
