Bill, I'm actually pleased with this development.

Win 2000 for the office
Win Me for the home user

This transitions very nicely to the following

Win 2002 for the office
Win XP for the home user

It's a natural. There would have been too much confusion if Win XP was the successor to both the corporate and home user versions of Windows. MSFT is making the right decision once again.
