My bet ... DELL didn't pull out of the Starbucks because of "un-profitability" but because of "un-capability" !

Sure, DELL probaly has a better cost model for PCs & small Servers ... but when it comes to ENTERPRISE ... CPQ WINS ! (if it wants to and does it more profitably than DELL can even with its better model.)
