You are looking at the wrong place.

In the question and answer session Jerry was asked if AMD was planning on using foundry services in the future. In his reply he mentioned that the Pacific rim vendors did not currently have the advanced process technology that AMD needs, but he expected them to have it later on. I think it was pretty close to the last question asked.
