Confidence growing. Upward direction looks confirmed here. IBM, MSFT, GE, VZ leading. This rally going into mid-week is important as it minimizes the chance of any sell-off going into Fed week when all smart shorts will stay on the sidelines. In the meantime a lot of potential for underperformers to catch up. Last month record redemptions out of high-tech funds. This month could make up for it. Many billions ready to be put to work on the sidelines.
