Hispanics are big users of parks here in CA, as well as the beaches. Economically speaking it makes sense. Anglos have more $ and thus more options for entertainment and recreation. In the spirit of diviseness or is it diversity groups gravitate to certain activities. BTW, where are the Asians? I know, in the Library.;)
