We need to fund the hell out of alternative energy and in the meantime pick a state that we intend to make the single toxic waste dump of the US.

Well, I think I agree with you for once. Since a lot of the toxic stuff is in the Industrial Midwest, the only fair solution is to take the only Midwest state without an oil refinery, build about ten new refineries there, and dump all the toxic waste there.

Quick, of the following states, which is the ONLY one without an oil refinery: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky.

Can we agree to build the toxic waste dump in that one state, whichever one it is, just for fairness sake??? <g>

P.S. -- Did you see the articles about Cheney's new energy policy? I'll post one over on the politics thread....
