Petz, thanks for the correction. BTW, Do you have an idea why the difference between max and average power consumption is much greater with P4 than Athlon? (e.g. 1.3 GHz P4 and Athlon have about the same max consumption but the average power consumption is 20% lower for the P4) I wish somebody would measure this for both CPUs with a standard set of applications.
