That comes with one caveat:

If you want to sell 500 shrs of CSCO @ 25 with the best ask @ 25, for example, and 100 shrs sell immediately, followed by the remaining 400 shrs selling in 2.1 minutes, they will charge you 2 commissions. If you are on the lower tier, that trade will cost you $19.90... the upper tier on CyberX2 (14.95) will cost you $29.90. I confirmed that with a Cyber representative today. According to her, you do not need to cancel and replace the order in order for that 2 minute limit to kick in, so you need to be careful.

I do believe that the net effect of these "lower rates" will be more dollars in Cyber's pocket... all because of that 2 minute partial fill policy. If that policy is in effect in the afterhours (I'm not sure about this), you could get "killed" with commissions if you "post" an order and go to eat dinner. Imagine somebody hitting you with 100 shrs every 3 minutes on a total of 1000 shrs... $9.95 + 9.95 + 9.95 + ... well, you get the point :)
