I did primary immunizations in the SCID/hu mouse model, and couldn't get an induced response. Measured plenty of clonally restricted "spontaneous" human IgG in that model.

Many people tried to get the (precursor to) AVN model to work. Patooey. I presume that there are recent enhancements? I'll take a look some day. Probably the day after I look at Epimmune.
