Hi Gene!... Here is what I think...

SEVU now has a credible Professional Management that should operate by the Book, getting better at issuing PR's that concentrate on current achievements - not future expectations - and the last of the bad News, the SEC enquiry is now out...

I believe it has started in the New Year and must be close to winding down after some four months... If there was something drastically wrong with SEVU, I imagine SEC would have discontinued trading...

On the short side, NAIB appears to be working with a Group of shorters and is violating market making Rules by not making an orderly market and apparently shorting "naked"... This has ben reported to NASD and SEC by various parties and I hope a thorough enquiry soon takes place...

Eventually, short positions should close around the current range, for lack of additional projected bad News and the stock should start trading on fundamentals...

Some positive factors:

+ Skeletons and Bad News are mostly out of the closet...

+ New management team eager to prove itself...

+ A desirable patent protected product with a ready market...

+ Substantial sales already made and awaiting delivery...

+ The Private Placement subscribed by Management to the tune of 1.5 million...

When this PP is formally confirmed, I'll feel a lot more Bullish...
