In a general way the order makes sense and doesn't disclose misspricing.
Stocks which either have or are expected to have very high profit margins because of their monopolistic product, such as QCOM,RMBS and GMST have a very high P/S ratio. Stocks facing or expected to face hot competition sell for lower P/S ratios. A person who is very smart should be able to conclude something further from your data. I'm amazed at the revival of communication equipment stocks such as JDSU,PMCS,AMCC and JNPR. I just finished memorizing that the telcos are broke and can't afford much capex for the next few years.:-) In principle they should be selling at the bottom , like CISCO.
