Gee I hope he is right. That would be about $50 US I guess.

OK Tomas, do something about Lundin Oil.

Incidentally, I have mentioned on another thread that I will soon be in possession of 100,000 shares of something called Aviva Petroleum. When these start to trade, I expect a price of about $.06. I got into this ridiculous situation by slow stages, discovering a few shares of Aviva in my IRA account as a result of some combination or merger. From something called Garnet, I think. Then when I had small amounts of cash, I whimsically bought Aviva. It seems I was buying something called "depositary shares." Yesterday, the depositary shres were converted into ordinary shares at a 5-to-one ratio. At that point I had 20,000 shares of AVVPP bought at prices ranging from about ten cents to 25 cents. Now I will have 100,000 shares.

All I need now is for some irresponsible person (not me) to do a pump and dump on the new Aviva shares.

The company actually has some gas wells and properties in the Gulf of Mexico, but their Columbian properties keep falling victim to pipeline explosions.

Maybe we could interest Sheik Yamani in buying a few million shares of Aviva? <g>
