Thanks, Jeff Thanks to this board I have been talking to a lot of people extremely experienced with chat board lawsuits. In fact, you will probably find this interesting. The person who got you "interested" in message board lawsuits and probably caused you to start this board is himself being sued by quite a few entities. Here are some recent suits against him. It seems what goes around, comes around ;-) biz.yahoo.com houston.bcentral.com biz.yahoo.com Thomas/Thomason/Thompson Kernaghan is the one providing the financing for ASTN who is supposedly suing me. His partner is a director in the company even. He spells his name three different ways in legal documents.
