What it boils down to is this. Brokers that respect their customers charge by the SHARE. As in 1 cent a share, or 2 cents a share. Partials, then become moot. Small trades then become practical.

Others are doing this, Cyber should consider it. Keep in mind that Schwab has always prided itself on its high commissions. Ahem.
