"Did MSFT test the 70/71 resistance or just bump"
Just bumped against it yesterday. MSFT tested 71.1, top end of trading range, <62.31 to 71.1> twice over the last couple weeks & failed to go through, however, stocks tend to smash through on the third try. It would have to trade at 71 intraday to be called a attempt. Buy signals are prevailing on this stock & it is holding the 50% retracement 66.705 very well, just like it was holding 56 during it's previous trading range. If it closes above 71.1, another "breakout", another "buy" signal, and if it holds 66.705, no problem on the down side. Good news is out numbering bad news, just the opposite of when it was falling from 120, MSFT is a good long at this time. The odds are with longs and against shorts, long is the play. Frog
