First CLX Observation... Whenever CLX.30 <= -4.0, the DOW will rise significantly in the near-term (within one month). The rise coincides with the CLX.30 turning north. Examples are the period mid-to-late Feb. 2000 and the current period, starting mid-to-late March, 2001. Comments are welcome.....
