58% surprised me too. I'm speculating that perhaps it was those "disgruntled shareholders" that are sueing that caused the vote to be close. Certainly they couldn't give it a yes vote. I haven't looked at the vote yet. Is it yes, no and undecided/abstain? There must be LOTS of people who didn't vote, so that would skew the outcome. Is there a breakdown on what % voted NO?
