If another company, Placer or whoever, is awarded the lands on trend and in between Messina, SUF will have to do a deal of some kind. IMO, if that happens, the markets initial reaction will be negative. Any idea as to what is taking so long for the land acquisition to be concluded? Are we in for a surprise here?
