Really strong momentum right now...not sure how high it will go, so I am not going crazy.

12:09 ET NEON Comms (NOPT) 8.49 +0.39 (+4.8%): Signs a multi-year, multi-million dollar contract with Verizon Global Networks, an affiliate of Verizon Communications (VZ), to provide dark fiber backbone infrastructure to facilitate long-distance voice and data services in Massachusetts and New York. Delivery is scheduled for the latter part of 2001.
