Hello Bill. Tax cuts.

Hm. I can see that you got brain washed: The rich are getting too much money back? When you pay the most taxes you should get back the most taxes. And it's always nice to know that some rich people and some not so rich people put their money on the line so us poor folks have some jobs. Some people save and get ahead and others spend it all. I still wonder how the early settlers made it. No one paid taxes then and most everyone took care of themselves or their families did.

I always thought that we live in a capitalistic State and not in a socialistic one.

If you study this tax proposal you will find out that middle income people and lower income people benefit the most, percentage wise. The higher brackets will probably get no more than 35 even though I see nothing wrong with 33.

The outcry that some low income people get no taxes back, well. Like I said above: When you pay no taxes, guess what? Besides, there is already a low income benefit and lots of other help. First mortgages, subsidies, you name it, it's there. Lots of low income people get money back without having paid money to begin with. Why is it that we have so many low income people? What ever happened to 2 or 3 jobs that I can remember so well? I am not talking about sick people here.

Giving soc. sec. taxes back. Give me a break. That is no income tax and those people benefit a lot more from Soc.Sec. than higher income people.

If I only pay enough taxes to get a muffler out of this tax cut, I would be happy. Better a Muffler than nothing. Like the saying goes: De nada et nada. From nothing comes nothing. I only hit a cpl of points but I am sure that will do. gg.

It looks like a huge tax bill WILL be passed. 1.35 trill. is a huge win for Bush and the American people. Maybe we will get lower cap gains taxes later on.

The market has been doing great lately. Did we ever go and buy EMLX? I guess not. gg.

Ann. If you read this: Funny jokes.
I got to get off here but will send you a post later today or tomorrow. Nice to see you on the thread after such a long time but I know, the market was not doing too great before it turned around a bit.

Hm. Maybe I should stay on. The DOW is now on the plus side and the NAS is up 53.
