e the TCP/IP ethernet adapter and the cable modem are worth copying. sometimes the multiple entries seem to build up. after you've copied the settings, you can actually delete these entries and reboot and they will regenerate. but they will come back with default settings and that's why you need yours. [i am at this point not advising you, or anyone to delete these component entries. i'm just sharing what i have done before while messing around.] good luck :) mark
