The annual general meeting of Maymac will be held on June 30/97 at the offices of Universal Solutions, Inc. Suite 280, 815 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C. at 10am PST I just received a shareholders package with proxy form! Item mentioned: CDS (beneficial holders not (YET - Stan) known) owns 16,153,865 shares, which is 88.8% of the outstanding voting shares.
