third, technology is not the goal, but as you call techno-trickle I call it the reason that the investment costs nothing. I think your theory on working with Russia is silly. The place is in the crapper and crooks are everywhere and you assume that the Russian's in charge are really in charge. You may have no faith in the technology. I know the power of computers today and see the scaling of that power tomorrow. Investment in this kind of technology have who knows what potential. What process control and speed is needed to contain he magnetic fields to control fusion.
