Difficult as it may be for a Westerner to comprehend, but she is not a significant entity in Calcutta Which makes total nonsense of any argument that her beliefs on birth control had this great influence on birth rates in India. Calcuttans are considered, wrongly, "brainy and dangerous" In this case, I would agree that it is wrong to consider Calcuttans brainy. Quite the contrary.
