Hey Myst-er Try a 'nested IF' formula. You can chain up to 6 conditional results basis multiple variables. For example: Using an 'IF 'A' THEN 'B' ELSE....' approach =IF(A,B,IF(C,D,IF(E,F,IF(G,......)))))) The statement solves from left to right until a 'TRUE' results. Hope this is clear. Regards, Steve
