Heinz, do you have any data regarding estimates of Mattress Bank money in Eastern Europe ? Some one told me that it is a staggering 40% of their actual GDP, that would be easy 1 trillion dollars. Wonder if the same bank is also active in China and SE Asia were the DM is not as popular as in Europe and Central Asia. On that assumption alone I just wonder what kind of geniuses were sitting in Euroland not grasping the implication of a delayed paper currency. May be 2002 will be the year of the Euro and the ruin of the US speculators. Haim
