Hmmm...perplexed should just about sum up my feelings. Nothing is making sense right now. Everything is so overbought on every single time scale it's not even funny anymore. And then you have stocks like EMLX doing wild things out of the blue. What do I mean? The EMLX story... Trading at over 13 times sales Has only 7% profit margin on sales. Only 40 Million in cash yet has a market cap of 3.3 Billion Trailing p/e of 180 Forward p/e around 80 Flat sequential growth expected with possible earnings growth of 5 to 10 % going forward Company has warned for the coming quarter. And to top it off the stock rises nearly 10 points or almost 30% in the 2 days following a DOWNGRADE and is up 300% in a month!!! Yup....perplexed.....
