Michael, one thing for frappin' sure....I will not miss MY community association payment. However, my association is very well run...w/few delinquent payments....in fact any delinquencies in the past were quickly reported to me! I'm away from that quagmire now tho....(hated it).... Meanwhile, do I sense a stirring in the loins of a bull? Ed Perry's stimulating post below reinforces all my TA. (uh oh) Cyclometer is full green....just purrin' now....and at one o'clock today I ordered four (4) more precious sacred piscines (halibutus rex) from Arnold Fishwitczh. Btw, I was w/Arnold in SFO a few days ago. Someone stuck him in his right eye (which is on the left side of his face....along w/his left eye)and it was all bloodshot and he looked just awful, sort of like a big mosquito blood sac in that eye...and since Arnold always looks at people with a suspicious nature anyway, the good eye was truly menacing. Anyway, today, when I called him, he said the blood had all drained away and he had a vision through the right eye on the left side of his face. He envisioned an incredible booming time for his future business, i.e.... selling the Sacred Halibut - because all of the halibut put out... would be eaten by the birds, the Albies, the Pelicans and all those other birds!! And you all know what this means!!!! Purrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
