I remember that the Republican Congress gutted Clinton's energy budget.

If you think that more drilling will bring down the prices of gasoline then you should look toward the OPEC business model. Check out all the recent earnings reports on the big oil companies.......they aren't short of cash! In fact their profits are exceeding expectations.........but go ahead and be a good little Republican and believe that the profits have nothing to do with the price of gasoline!!!!!! LOL
