yeah, i didn't get this sucker either. bad news is good news sorta bs.
i sense the bulls are running out steam (i.e. ibm), but the coming FOMC and uncle AL is another factor to watch. should be sell on news by then.
let's have a poll on rates: cut or not cut, and how much?
